Techno Cool Technical Service LLC has been maintaining as of Commercial and industrial HVAC coils, Chilled water coils, chiller coils, steam coils, Heat pipes, heat exchangers, immersion coils, refrigeration, air conditioning, condenser, evaporator coils.

Our Quality Assurance Department ensures that each and every coil is tested and approved at every stage of production. Leak tests are carried out with nitrogen giving right kind of air pressure.

We have field staffs who regularly visit sites to take measurement of the coils, wherever coils data are not available. We have flexible manufacturing and delivery schedules, this helps us to accommodate a client’s emergency requests to produce a coil at early date. Techno Cool Technical Service LLC air-conditioner evaporators and condensers in any size and capacity in accordance with the customer needs. These condenser and evaporator coils are usually with 3/8” tubes. 1/2” and 5/8”.

•   Standard coils are manufactured with copper tubes & aluminium fins.
•   Hydrophilic Aluminium and Copper fins also available with an additional option of anti-corrosive coatings such as Heresite & Bronze Glow from USA
•   All Coils are provided with Copper Headers.
•   All AHU & FCU Coils are provided with Brass Threaded Male Adaptors / Connectors.
•   Evaporator and Direct Expansion coils are provided with Brass Distributors.
•   Air & Drain vents made of Brass are standard for Water Coils.
•   Coils of all sizes & Shapes like “C”, “G”, “L” can be manufactured in addition to the standard straight coils.
•   The standard casing material for all coils is Galvanized Iron.
•   Casing can also be manufactured with Stainless Steel & Aluminium.
